
BACON ‘N’ EGG MUG BREAD

INGREDIENTS
25g (1/4 cup) Bake In A Minute mix
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon oil/butter
2 – 3 strips of cooked bacon
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine mix, 1 egg and fat in a mug or small microwaveable bowl.
2. Crack remaining egg on top of mixture.
3. Chop or lay full size bacon strips on top of egg.
4. Microwave for 2 x 90 seconds.
